i m 22 but my weight 55 kg only please help me for weight gain..: and everyday i go to toilet after meals ...is liver 52 helpful for me .

Hi mohit,

Liver 52 (Liv. 52) does actually contain ingredients that promote a healthy digestion, and if you've been having to go to the bathroom more frequently while taking it, in my opinion this is nothing to be concerned about since those are typical signs of detoxing your body (which is what Liv 52 essentially does through improved liver function and metabolism). So to answer your question, Liv 52 is beneficial in that regard and I don't see any reason to stop taking it unless you feel that it's not worth whatever amount you're paying for it...

However if you're goal is to simply gain more weight, the first thing I would've suggested is to eat more calories. From my own experience, I find that an easy way to do this is by portioning out moderate-large size meals every 3 hours (or about 6 meals per day). These meals should always include unprocessed nutrient dense foods with little to no empty calories (i.e. excess fillers, sugars, additives, etc), so your body can fully utilize more of each meal. There are also other alternatives like high calorie weight gainer shakes available at various health stores like Wholefoods, GNC, or Vitamin Shoppe.
