Small Yellow Pill With Only Capitol C On It

I found a small yellow pill with no split line. On one side capital C nothing on the other side. Any ideas please?

With such a vague imprint, I'm inclined to think that is something that's available over the counter and that leaves it open to many possibilities.

I've seen some vitamin C tablets that match this description, but I can't be completely certain that's what you have, since there are others that also match this description.

Where did you find it?

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Upon further study, this yellow pill with only a capital C on one side might fall under the orange/peach color more than yellow. Thank you in advance for your help.
