The closest match I've been able to find is a white capsule shape pill with the imprint F 41.
Manufacturer: Aurobindo Pharma Limited
This pill has been identified as Atomoxetine hydrochloride (10 mg); which is used for the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) as well as social anxiety disorder, depression, and fibromyalgia.
The side effects include, dry mouth, insomnia, nausea, decreased appetite, constipation, dizziness, sweating, dysuria, weight changes, palpitations, increases in heart rate and blood pressure.
Maybe the pill you have is something similar?
