I located the yellow pill in description to be Diazepam (5 mg).

NOTE: the correct marking on this pill is Z 3926

It is commonly used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, muscle spasms, restless legs syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol withdrawal, benzodiazepine withdrawal, and Ménière's disease.
