Small White Round Pill With 803 Imprinted

i have small white round pill with 803 imprinted on one side and a symbol that looks like the Rx but is not that symbol on the other side. What is this pill?

I found a white round pill with R 803 on it. This pill is called Spironolactone 25 mg. Spironolactone is used primarily to treat heart failure, ascites in patients with liver disease, low-renin hypertension, hypokalemia, and Conn's syndrome as well as high blood pressure.
