i found a very small round light yellow pill with a 4 on one side and a d on the other side..i think it is some kind of pain killer my grandfater also gets oxycocets and tylenol 3's.this was in a un marked container

I believe the marking is meant to be a P 4 and this tablet contains 4mgs of Hydromorphone, the active ingredient in Dilaudid, this a potent narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.

i really dont think it's a p,it really looks like D and they are all like that.they are rally small

What he was trying to say is that the p he is referring to is sometimes beside the 4, as in, p4, on one side, depending on the manufacturer of the pill. But he is correct in telling you it is a 4mg dilaudid
