Is the marking possibly M 134?

If so, this tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Ketorolac.

The FDA classifies this medication as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
