From what I can find, this is listed as being a 20mg Ikorel tablet, it is a potassium channel opener, it increases the exit of potassium from certain muscle cells to widen the arteries and reduce the workload on the heart. It is commonly used to treat angina pectoris.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and trouble sleeping.
