I just received a new 90 day supply of zolpidem. this one is different . itis small white with #74 and does not help me to sleep...connie

Yes you can't take two pills if one doesn't affect you. Just take one first and see how that affects you first. And by then if its still not working take the second one and get your self in bed you relax and you will be asleep in no time...

You took it by mistake to over come the drowsiness just, try to relax embrace it . Drink allot of water and stay relaxed in bed, And with in ten minutes, you, will goo shaight to sleep, good luck......

Yes you can take 2 at a time. You'll be fine. By then you should feel it kick in

I'm not a doctor, but a patient. I find Ambien doesn't work until I close my eyes and relax. It is not recommended to take 2 pills. Only follow the directions. I have had to go to the ER because of Ambien side effects
