What kind of pill is this its small round peachy orange color with 028 on one side and the other side has like a design like fish

Hi I recently got a Rx filled with peach round pill R 029 on it. When I got them some of the markings you could barely read and there were a lot of pills that were crushed into powder after taking them out of the bottle. I’m worried they are pressed pills. The biggest thing that alerted me was the taste when I took them tasted horrible, like extra gross medicine. Can anyone give me some advice?
