Small round black and smooth with L1 or LI is normally an iron supplement taken usually by those with an iron deficiency or anemic people.

The closest I have been able to find, so far, is a brown tablet distributed by Topco Associates, which they list as being brown and containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.

I was not able to find described as being black. Braun, is that possibly an over the counter supplement?

Does anyone else know?
