Hello, Stanley! How are you?
Well, only your doctor can help you decide what is right for you.
But two time released medications to treat anxiety would be Bupropion XL and Xanax XR.
The FDA classifies Bupropion as an anxiolytic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, weight changes, nervousness and insomnia.
Xanax is a benzodiazepine, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
Is there anything else I can help with?
