I have been diagnosed with stenosis. Walking becomes painful but is recommended for exercise. How can I exercise pain free?

Have you discussed it with your doctor?

While it may be painful, for awhile, as your body gets used to the exercise, it should gradually improve. Anyone that isn't used to exercising, will experience some pain, when they first start and, with your condition, this will obviously be worse for you, but the only that can really help is perseverance.

Has your doctor prescribed Skelaxin?

It contains the active ingredient Metaxalone and is a muscle relaxant, its side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and weight changes.
