Sifasi 5000 For Pain During Pregnancy

Hi, my wife is 7 weeks pregnant and has been experiencing ongoing pain that has continued for a third day. The doctor prescribed her sifasi 5000. Does anyone have additional advice for pain relief?

I'm 21yrs old my doc suggest me sifasi injection to get ovulate but it's has noo symptoms it may work still in not come to period date but I HV little confusion it may wrks nd middle of that I had fvr I take fvr pills nd injection so it will affect that
