This is a vitamin complex supplement that is used to treat vitamin B anemia, or a general deficiency in these vital nutrients.

Has your doctor instructed you to take them? The NIH does warn that they may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and diarrhea, due to their potency.
