I've been drinking cherifer for 2 weeks now and waiting for results as soon as I finih the whole pack but everytime I drink it I feel dizzy or a feeling of vomiting=/ when I drink oo much water with it? Idk what's going on. Btw I'm 18 and I'm only 4'10:(( I pray it works.

as you would know or not, your long bones is done is term of growing in length this ends by 18 for women and 21 for men, so obviously when you're 26 you wouldn't increase in size but in mass, so in that note you would be bigger, or bigged bone...

Guys If mag take kayo ng cherifer better to consult your doctor first, and if di nyo gusto and decide to take it with your own will just know the basics, pag nag take ng cherifer with iron wag kau mag take ng any calcium with it kc hindi aakma ung calcium with iron, example is not taking it with milk, juice + vit c pwede better kc mas ma utilize ung iron with vit c. and wag mag take ng vitamins after kumain ng fiber kc fiber coats your intestines and stomach kaya mas mahirap mag absorb ng nutrients, take it before fiber, best to take cherifer after meals. exercise more din kc kung di nyo gagawin yun mangyayari yang mga side effects nyo na cnasabi jan sa taas, imagine having a weapon that you dont know how to use or having a sledge hammer na di mo mabuhat. gnun un.. natural ang onting pain sa joints lalo na kung mabilis mxado growth mo, para maiwasan ang pains na gnyan dpat do exercises na mkakapag pa galaw ng mga joints mo yoga for example. im 24 yrs old and nag take din ako cherifer for 10 yrs + creatine and whey when i was 20, until now i take cherifer premium kc adult na ako. it helps.. athlete kc ako.
