Hi just started my final dose today of 72mg of concerta been in them for 4 weeks now and I have to stick at 72 mg but its making me feel spaced and slightly dizzy I did experience this when I took 18mg when I first took them but never the second day is this normal will it pass thanx.

Yes, that is normal and it should pass, as your body gets used to the medication. If it doesn't, then you should consult your doctor.
Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, nervousness, anxiety and insomnia.
