Side Effect Of Blisto 2 Mf

I AM TAKING BLISTO 2 MF DAILY IN THE MORNING. AFTER TAKING THIS TABLET i GET STOMACH ACHE, VOMITTING SENSATION, JOINTS PAIN AND MILD FEVER.
Pls tell me , is this side effects because of this tablet. should I stop taking this tablet.

Blisto-2MF contains the active ingredients Glimepiride and Metformin, it is used to help lower and control blood sugar.

It can cause stomach pain and nausea as a side effect, though it shouldn't cause fever.
