I've got side affects chills and it making my teeth yellowish omg has anyone else had these side affects from azo

No, neither of those are listed as being known side effects. Its typical ones, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include headache, rash, upset stomach and discoloration of urine.

Are you also on an antibiotic? There are some of them that can cause discoloration of your teeth and the UTI itself might be causing the chills you're experiencing.
