Updatedis it possible that stress may affect sgpt and holesterol only?

Hello, Laki1958! How are you?
No, if SGPT is raised, it is due to something affecting your liver, such as an infection, another medication you're on, hepatitis or etc.
And Cholesterol is exactly that, elevated cholesterol levels.
Is there anything else I can help with?
