Severe Hip Thigh Shin Pain Big Toe Numb

Please I need a lot of help.Last Nov.27,3016 broke all bones in big toe. I had no insurance so couldn't see the bone doctor. In March out of nowhere I had severe hip,outer thigh,front lower shin pain.It even had me down on my knees when it felt like a bolt if lightening pain shot in left side of groin.I can't sleep or lay on my left hip,there is a hard bump on my hipbone and feels bruised outside of thigh.Sheets make my shin hurt worse also.I went to my new Dr.PC immediately he says hip bursitis no xray or anything sends me to PT.that appt took weeks to get&lastest2times.Was told it was much more than just bursitis of hip much more. Went back to my PC who says the 600mg.Ibuprofen not enough.Here's a script for 800mg.This does not Help at all.Also I'm trying to find anything to Stop this Pain.Icey hot with Lidocaine, CVS roll on with Lidocaine,any rub..Not working.I have been I. Severe pain since End of March,He sending me finally for a xray,blood work also a orthopedic Dr.I'm depressed and can't take the Pain it's constant severe. Can't live a normal life.What should I do&anyone have same symptoms??? Help
