The closest I could find to this actually has 3M 221 on the round white tablet with a score mark. 3M Pharmaceuticals lists it as being a 100mgs Norflex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Orphenadrine, which is a muscle relaxant.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness.
