Can salicin in white willow bark be takin with xarelto?

Since the Salicin acts as an anti-inflammatory and can be used to create Aspirin, I'd suggest not mixing them, without double checking with your prescriber, because it may cause some additional blood thinning.

I am on xarelto blood thinner , my knees are bone to bone arthritic,I would like to take instaflex that has 15percent salicin ingredience in white willow bark I want to know if I can take instaflex safely with my xarelto? I am from lantana fl. Don't have a correct answer yet ,can any MD. Help.? Thank you.
