Sanjeev, have you consulted your doctor?
When it comes right down to the real facts, the safest and healthiest way to lose weight is by using a proper diet and exercise.

In addition, due to your health conditions, you need to check with your doctor, before adding any medications.
Since you have hypertension, stimulant medications, such as Phentermine can be dangerous and may worse such conditions!
@Sanjeev Kumar,
If you're referring to type 2 diabetes there is scientific evidence that proves a low fat, raw vegan diet can reverse and cure type 2 diabetes. If you are referring to type 1 diabetes, these eating habits may not reverse or cure the disease, but could significantly help with the side effects of it. This may be old news to you, but I just wanted to briefly share that information just in case. If you are interested in finding more information about this then I can help link you to various sources.
As far as hypertension goes, I used to have it pretty bad myself for a number of years so I can testify to the fact that changing your diet and stress levels has everything to do with it. To start, I would cut out all excess sodium and eat more foods rich in potassium and magnesium, such as fruit. I would also strongly suggest cutting out all excess fat from your diet and focus on fruit carbs and plant protein sources in addition to drinking a gallon of water a day. Exercising daily in conjunction with the above info will also "prove helpful" in treating both diabetes, controlling hypertension, and losing weight. Because I am not a doctor I can only say this info figuratively, but I think you'll find out for yourself if you give it a shot for at least a few months.
That said, you honestly don't "need" medication to fight these conditions. Medication doesn't treat the underlying cause of those conditions, but lifestyle changes do!
I hope this helps!
