Rudimin And Neurobian Forte

I m suffering from hyperacidity sometimes and gas,upset stomach.so Dr told that this is all becoz of stress,tension and anxiety.i done the blood test and came to know that i was having VB-12 defiency.so i m taking rudimin and neurobian forte.please suggest for increasing vb-12 in our body.

I had a brain clot five year back since I am using Rudimin tab once a day night, recently I have a problem of back pain, along with pain in right leg. Looks like nerves compression so can I take neurobion plus one tab morning, please advice
