The pill in description is Colchicine (0.6 mg). Based on my research I don't see Roxicodone having any relation to this pill whatsoever.
Colchicine's medicinal use is in the treatment of gout and familial Mediterranean fever; it can also be used as initial treatment for pericarditis and preventing recurrences of the condition, despite dosing issues concerning its toxicity.
