Roxid contains the active ingredient Roxithromycin, the dosage you ask about is 150mgs, it is an antibiotic that's used to treat various types of infections.

That said, it depends on what's causing the symptoms in question, if it is due to the development of an infection., then yes, this may help. For instance, bacterial pneumonia which may cause these types of symptoms, can be treated with antibiotics, such as this one.

However, it is not effective against viruses, such as those that cause a cold or most cases of bronchitis.
