This is not Roxicet. The pill in description is Hydroxyzine pamoate (25 mg).
Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety.
Several adverse reactions have been noted in manufacturer guidelines, such as deep sleep, incoordination and dizziness have been reported in children and adults, as well as others such as hypotension, tinnitus and headaches.
