This tablet contains 25mgs of Spironolactone and 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide. Both act as diuretics in the body, while the Spironolactone also spares Potassium and reduces the amount of Aldosterone in the body. These are commonly used to treat conditions such as high blood pressure, congestive heart failure and edema.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, stomach pain and dehydration.
