This tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 75mgs of Triamterene, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

The FDA list its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, hypotension and dehydration.
