They are just manufactured by different companies, the one with the IG 238 marking is made by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and the one with the M A9 marking is made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals.
Since this is a generic medication, it is manufactured by several different companies, it creates market competition to help keep the prices lower.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
