i found a white pill in my new rental home it has 550 on one side and what looks like a cursive R on the other

This is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) taken to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain in certain conditions.

I found a White Pill with a Cursive R on one side and a 550 stamped on the other. I would like to know what it is since I found it in a Trailer I was Cleaning Out. That way I would know what to do with it and how to get rid of it.
