Round White Pill V 2064 On One Side 3 The Other

What would you say this Tylenol 3 is the equivalent to: Hydrocodone
/5-500 mg. or 7.5 - 750mg. or 10 - 1000 mg? OR Vicodin, OR LORTAB (all in the same miligrams as listed above)?

First, I'd like to state that Vicodin, Lortab, Norco, Lorcet and Hydrocodone/APAP are all the same medication. They are just different names for a narcotic analgesic that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen.

And just for everyone's information, the ones with those higher amounts of Acetaminophen are no longer available on the U.S. market.

Now, that said, the Codeine in Tylenol 3 is actually a very weak narcotic. The tablet you've asked about is manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen.

30mgs of Codeine is equal to 4.5mgs of Hydrocodone, so the closest comparable dosage of Norco available would be the 5/325mg dosage.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
