Is the marking possibly U 169?
If so, this tablet is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
