What is this pill used for and how many times a day should I take them? Also how many milligrams are they? Will they help me to stop the urge to take opiates? If so how many days will it take to help me not feel sickness without taking opiates? Also can i take them with another pill that's round and blue with the numbers 2531 on one side and on the opposite side has a curved like v symbol? I would also like to know the name of that pill along with how it should be taken and what it's USUALLY used for along with the milligrams of it. If I take these two pills will it help me to detox off of opiates?

Did you mean the tablet with the marking ASC 116?
These tablets are manufactured by Ascend Laboratories and they list them as containing 10mgs of Methadone, which is an opiate that's commonly used to treat drug addiction.
As listed by the FDA, it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
It can help someone with drug addiction, but your dosage must be carefully calculated by a doctor, if doses properly, you won't really experience any withdrawals when going from the addictive substance to the Methadone.
The other tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 1mg of Clonazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nerve problems.
It also carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
They can be taken together, if your doctor has said that it is safe for you to do so, but it can increase the sedation you may experience from them both.
