Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Tizanidine hydrochloride (4 mg). However this pill does not have any score marks on it. I am thinking it could be due to a change the manufacturer - (Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc.) made.

Tizanidine is used as a muscle relaxant.
