I was unable to located a pill with the marking PA 306; however I did locate PA 307 (10 mg), PA 308 (25 mg), and PA 309 (50 mg), which are Hydroxyzine HCL pills.
Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety.
