The identification provided by randolf is correct, this is a 40mg Furosemide tablet.

However, the information about congestive heart failure is reversed of what's true, it doesn't cause fluid build up, it's actually fluid build up that causes congestive heart failure. I just wanted to clarify that.

And this medication may cause side effects, since it does remove fluid from the body and they may include nausea, headache and dehydration.
