Round White Pill 2900 And Teva

I think the pill is furosemide--20 mg. but am unsure. I care for an elderly gentleman who takes megadoses of many meds and want to be sure what I am giving him.

mine says the same thing Teva 2900. I won't show what exactly it is either a diuretic or ativan

There are a ton of questions asking the same thing on the internet. I wondered the same, finding a TEVA 2900 in my furosemide bottle. It is actually a 2908. If you look at the imprint, the 8 imprint is completely void of anything on the inside, making it look like a zero or 0 even more, and the outside indents are hardly visible unless you are in good light, or take a flashlight to look at the pill. I hope this answer starts coming up on the search engines, and that perhaps TEVA might get a clue and start making a better imprint on their furosemide.
