It's a very small all white pill with no markings or lines.

Could be for almost anything over the counter. Could be a Vitamin C or any supplement

In the United States the FDA requires that medication be identifiable by its appearance (color, imprint, size, shape etc.). This means the pill you found can be a number of things ranging from a vitamin/supplement to a foreign drug that is not regulated by the FDA. If the pill turned out to be a vitamin or supplement it would be a daunting task to identify the pill with the limited information you have due to the sheer number of brands and types available in the United States.

If you are concerned about the contents of the pill I would suggest you contact your local pharmacy and see if they have the capability of analyzing the contents. If you would rather just dispose of the pill there should be a local drug drop off at your pharmacy or closest medical facility.
