I located an oval blue pill with 81 or 18 on one side and blank on the back that's reportedly identified as Janumet XR (which contains Metformin Hydrochloride extended-release 1000 mg + Sitagliptin Phosphate 100 mg).
This medication is marketed for use in treating type-2 diabetes.
NDC: 0006-0081
Labeler: Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp.
Size: 22 mm
