This contains 75mgs of Controlled Release Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
This one took some hunting, I am not certain if they are new to the market or from outside of the U.S.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
