From what I can find, it looks like you've found a couple of Hydromorphone tablets, the one with the H1 marking contains 1mg and the one with the H2 marking contains 2mgs. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

it is hydromorphone 2mg also known as dilaudid a powerful opiate narcotic.. potential for abuse , habit forming very unpleasant withdrawls
