I found a bright orange round pill with a P on one side and blank on the other in my 17 year old daughter room,, should I be worried

I believe the marking on the first pill being asked about might have actually been I-2, as in a capital i.

If so, then that is a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's available over the counter, it's a generic or store brand of Advil or Motrin.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

As to the round, orange tablet with just a P on it, I can't be certain, since that imprint is very obscure, but there is an over the counter laxative that meets this description, it's a generic or store brand for Senokot.
