Round Orange Gold Apo 25 Pill

im looking to identify a orange/yellow round pill. it is completely blank on one side and has APO 25 on the other. i have not been able to name this pill. any ideas?

Hi AMy,

The closest match I've been able to find is a round orange pill with the imprint APO on one side and H over 25 (divided by a score line) on the other. This pill is APO H 25; which contains ( 25 mg) of the active ingredient Hydrochlorothiazide.

Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) is often used in the treatment of hypertension, congestive heart failure, symptomatic edema and the prevention of kidney stones.

Manufacturer: Apotex Corp.

Side effects can include:

Headache.
Loss of appetite.
