Hello, Rain Ryan! How are you?
It appears that the tablets you have are not in the right bottle.
They are now made by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list these tablets as containing 20mgs of Propranolol, which is used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
