From what I could gather, a round blue pill scored on one side and marked with "K" in a triangle on the other side, is identified as 10mg generic Diazepam (Valium) tablets from Karnel labs, in Honduras.
Diazepam is commonly used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, muscle spasms, restless legs syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol withdrawal, benzodiazepine withdrawal, and Meniere's disease
If you run a search on google images for "karnel labs diazepam", you can view a photo of the pill in question.
