The tablets which are are describing are reportedly 3 mg Bromazepam. This is similar to something like Diazepam (it is a benzodiazepine) typically used as an anti-anxiety and relaxant drug. Sorry if you are worried about having found these with your child. Fortunately it is not something more serious like a narcotic drug.
