Restless Sleep/vivid Dreaming/fatigue

I just started Luvox following recommendation from Psychiatrist- following 2 yr Rx of Zoloft less effective re: anxiety and obsessive behavior/ persistent intrusive thoughts. As of 1st week sleep has been restless vivid dreaming. Dr. stated I may be tired throughout daytime hours, and I have been spacey. Med prescribed for bedtime. Hoping for results and shared thoughts

Luvox contains the active ingredient Fluvoxamine, which is also an SSRI antidepressant.

The side effects you've described are common for this type of medication and should start to wear off, as your body adjusts to the medication.
