I am a diabetic, doctor prescribed me rejumet ( methylcobalamin & metformin) to eat 1 tab daily in the morning. when should i eat before breakfast/food or after?

This medication is usually intended to be taken just before a meal, unless your doctor instructs otherwise, so it has the chance to start working by the time you are digesting your meal and will usually experience the most blood sugar changes.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, and hypoglycemia.
Maddy, what reason did her doctor give for prescribing it? Has she possibly developed gestational diabetes? (Which would be diabetes due to pregnancy.)
rejumet(metformin 500mg+methylcobalamin 750mcg) it was prescribed for my wife for pregnancy is it having any problem...because diabetic patients also had this can I get explain for this...
